With 50+ years of experience, IRI’s float equipment has evolved to meet API Spec 10F. Our float equipment line is rated to 400F and can be configured with Phenolic valves rated to 5,000psi differential or Aluminum valves rated to 15,000psi differential.
The equipment can be ordered with a “standard” nose profile, our Drill-Lok non-rotating (NR) profile for quicker drill outs, latch-in to lock the plug into the float collar or shoe. For larger size casings, customers have the option of stab-in equipment with or without a profile to latch the cementing string for cementing operations. The float equipment will be matched with the correct cementing plugs providing a clean casing ID.
